For the first time, Otyokwah Camp and Retreat Center is offering online registration for summer programs. It’s fairly simple, you can do it from your own computer and registration is instantaneous! Below you’ll find a quick walkthrough of the process. If you run into issues at any point, feel free to call us up at the camp office and we’d be happy to help!
First, go to Otyokwah.org/register and click the big red button.
Then, select “Click here to use our Online Registration Program” to register campers for Otyokwah summer programs.
You’ll have to create a username and password for your first time registering online. SAVE this password somewhere you can find it next year – you’ll need this login information to register each of your campers, year after year.
Fill out your camper’s information, including the grade they’ll be entering in fall of 2013.
Then, all the available programs for your camper’s grade will show up. Select one.
You’ll be asked for more camper information, including mailing address.
Fill out your parent/guardian information and don’t forget to indicate whether or not a camper may be released to each person by marking the checkbox at the bottom of each column.
Do the same for an emergency contact, and again – don’t forget to check the box below so that your camper may be released to this individual in an emergency.
You’ll be asked how you found out about camp – please let us know! It helps us use resources wisely as we plan marketing campaigns for next year. If you heard about us on facebook – please specify whether you saw our sidebar ads or not.
You have the opportunity to select two cabin mates for your campers. Unfortunately you can only select two for the sake of cabin environment, as well as cabin assignments.
Next, you’ll be directed to a confirmation page that notes what programs your camper is enrolled in. If you need to add an additional camper – now’s the time! Otherwise, click “Make Payment/Logout” in the bottom lefthand corner.
When you arrive at the payment screen, please pay the full amount due. If you are unable to pay the full amount, contact us regarding scholarship funds or payment options. We want every child to have the opportunity to go to camp, so please do not hesitate to contact us regarding funds!
Finally, download and fill out your camper med form. Please return forms two weeks prior to the start of your camper’s session. Signed and completed forms may be emailed to firstname.lastname@example.org or mailed to 3380 Tugend Rd., Butler, OH 44822.
